Koryu Demonstration 2009 in Helsinki, Finland

Koryu 2009 Demonstration introduce traditional Japanese budostyles that are practiced in Finland. Eight styles will be participating to the show. Majority of them are members of Nihon kobudo kyokai, Japanese traditional budo association which is sponsored by the Japanese Government.

There are two Japanese masters of their styles taking part of the demonstration in addition to the Finnish participants. Inoue Kyoichi Munenori (menkyo kaiden) is the 19th soke of Hontai Yoshin ryu. Kawabe Takeshi (shihan 8th dan) is the head teacher of Daitoryu Aiki ju-jutsu Takumakai.

Koryu 2009 Demonstration is arranged by Fudoshin Dojo (Daitoryu Aiki ju-jutsu Takumakai) and Budo Club Nishi (Hontai Yoshin ryu ju-jutsu).
